Photography Agreement

It’s fantastic to hear that you would like to book one of my photography packages.

I require the following short booking form/contract to be filled in and signed, along with a deposit to secure your date.

IMPORTANT: Please read the terms and conditions carefully prior to completing this booking form.

Tell me a little bit about who I will be photographing. Things you/they like, dislike? Is there anything I should avoid? What do you/they enjoy doing together? The more I know, the better I can prepare for your session.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that this is a legally binding contract.

I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid.

After I "submit" this form I will also complete my retainer payment. I understand that the balance is paid in cash on the photoshoot day. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid my images will not be released.
